How much of your team’s week is spent working around the system?

A spreadsheet to track unresolved queries.
A separate list of missing meter reads.
An email chain to establish who owns the next action.
Each workaround may seem small. Together, they can consume a surprising amount of time—and make it harder to see where work is getting stuck.
For water retailers, this matters well beyond operational efficiency. An unresolved exception can delay a bill, hold up a payment or leave a customer waiting for an answer.
When reviewing a process, I find three questions useful:
• Can we see what needs attention?
• Is someone clearly responsible for the next action?
• Can we tell whether it has been resolved?
These questions shape how we develop Cloudwater Edge. Connecting information is part of the job. Helping people act on it and follow it through is just as valuable.
Where does your team still need a spreadsheet to keep things moving?
